This is the most phenomenal long sleeve full circle Vintage 1970s Maxi Dress! This maxi dress is unique because both the bust as well as the upper part of the sleeves are smocked, as well as the cuffs on the bottom of the sleeves. This creates a dramatic balloon sleeve, but it is almost unmatched with the drama of the fully complete circle skirt! It was made in the 70s by Designer Denise L and is a thicker 50/50 cotton rayon blend. This cream dress features a stunning paisley pattern in burgundy, navy, and dark mustard yellow.
