This stunning vintage 1980s sequined party dress is made by prominent designer Lillie Rubin (est. 1946-1989). The bubble skirt or balloon skirt is such a unique statement and is ultra fun paired with the black, gold, and silver sequined halter bodice! The inner lining of the skirt is narrower than it appears (see hip measurement below), there is a hidden layer of tulle in between the liner and the exterior shell of the skirt to create the ultra puffy bubble shape. Zipper back entry with two hook and eye clasps secure the halter at the back of the neck. This dress was meant to sashay the night away!
